MADDFEST will be held March 30^th & 31^st 2012 in Downtown Lake City, Florida.

Set up will be on Thursday- March 29^th after 5 pm  and must be done before midnight.

Vendor Fees

 $150.00 Food vendor per 12' front      (Electric $25 extra)                    

$90.00 per Arts & Craft vendor– 12’ x 12’

$75.00 per Non-profits– 12’ x 12’       

$45.00 Adult Artist / Exhibitor

$25.00 Student Artist / Exhibitor

By participating in the MADDfest Festival as a vendor, it is hereby agreed that you will abide by all applicable Florida State Laws and provisions.  Vendor will provide proof of insurance or sign the MADDfest Festival Liability Disclaimer.
